The essential briefing
What changed, why it matters and what to watch next. For listeners who need to stay current, not entertained.

We craft and run a show that’s unmistakably yours, built around a business objective. Hosts designed for your brand, superhuman research behind every episode, and immersive conversation that sounds startlingly real, not synthetic. We research, write, produce, publish and measure. You approve.

Whether the right fit is a focused briefing, a narrative deep dive or a two-host conversation, every detail is shaped around your brand.
Your audience has more to read than time to read it. A podcast reaches them where reading can’t: the commute, the walk, the kitchen. Familiar hosts and a clear promise turn one listen into a habit.
A habit is worth more than a campaign. It gives your organisation a regular place in the lives of the people who matter to it, built from expertise you already have, and it is the one thing a competitor cannot copy: an audience that chooses to follow you.
A weekly audience. A reason to return. An impact on how people see your brand.

Every Podrunner show is built around one business goal. Pick yours.
Example concepts. Yours is built around your audience and your goal.
A public show around the questions your future customers are already asking. Each episode makes your expertise useful long before anyone is ready to buy, and gives them a reason to keep you close.
A software company on how its customers' work is changing. A skincare brand on skin health, ingredients and the routines that actually work.
Let potential customers experience the quality of your thinking before they speak to your sales team. Every episode points somewhere: your newsletter, a deeper report, your community.
Six stages, all handled by Podrunner. Your team's involvement is measured in approvals, not hours.
We work out who you want to reach, what they already listen to, where they are underserved and what you know that nobody else is saying. Then we define the show's purpose, point of view, format and recurring structure.
A show concept, a defined audience, an editorial direction and a plan for the first episodes.
We bring the topics, drawn from your goals, your audience's questions, what is happening in your world and the material you have. Each proposal says what the angle is, why now, and what the listener takes away.
A rolling editorial plan. You read proposals; you never have to write them.
We combine your reports, data and expertise with the best external sources. We look for the evidence behind every claim, the competing interpretations, the examples that make it concrete and what it means for the listener. Then we build the narrative around the strongest findings and explain the unfamiliar as we go.
A researched script with its sources attached, and a clear line between established fact and interpretation.
We design your hosts from scratch: voice, tone, confidence, warmth, humour and the relationship between them. How they explain, how they question, when they disagree and how one picks up the other's thought. There is no catalogue of voices to pick from: your hosts exist for your show and nowhere else.
A host concept and audio samples you approve before the show's sound is set. Nothing ships in a voice you have not signed off.
Performance direction, audio generation and editing, then a human editorial and listening pass before anything reaches you. We prepare the publishing package: the episode description, written takeaways, source links and the email copy to announce it.
Finished episodes, published to your channels, with supporting material ready to use.
We review listening data and audience feedback, recommend changes to topics, openings, segments, length and distribution, and make the changes you approve. No re-recording, no re-casting.
A monthly insights review with specific next steps, implemented.
Share your goals, your brand context and the material you want us to draw on. Then give feedback and approvals at the stages we set together.
Everything else. The ideas, the schedule, the research, the writing, the hosts, the production, the review, the publishing and the improvements.
Our Creative Intelligence technology runs the research and production workflows, orchestrates generative audio models, and develops each show's voices and performances. Where a show includes video, generative video tools join the same pipeline.
It is built around the things that make speech worth listening to: emphasis, rhythm, pauses, conversational timing, reactions, and the way one host picks up another's thought.
Our engine cross-examines your material against live market signals, sparking unexpected connections and exploring multiple story paths at once.
The technology gives us creative control. Our editors decide what is ready for your audience.
SELECT A STAGE [ 01 / 03 ]Human taste decides what ships. Our editors choose the strongest angles, challenge the obvious take and decide what deserves your listener's time.
Every episode gets a human editorial and listening review before delivery: does the story hold, do the hosts convince, does the tone fit the brand? Generic passages, awkward exchanges and weak endings go back.
A line you want rephrased. An opening reworked. A segment tried in a new format. An episode re-cut for a second audience. Done in hours, without booking a studio or a presenter, and without your hosts ever sounding different from last week.
The technology gives us creative control. Our editors decide what is ready for your audience.
Your proposal sets out the deliverables, revision rounds, launch schedule and any setup cost before work begins. Additional editions, longer episodes or specialist distribution are scoped on top.
Not ready for a monthly show? We can scope a defined first series around one audience and one objective.

Yes. The host voices and performances are generated with our Creative Intelligence technology and generative audio models. People do the rest: the editorial choices, the creative direction and a review of every episode before delivery. We also agree with you how the show describes its hosts to listeners.
No studio, no presenter's diary, no re-recording. Your hosts are always available and always consistent. Changing the delivery, restructuring an episode or producing a second edition for another audience is a production change, not a new session. That makes Podrunner particularly suited to recurring briefings, researched conversations and shows that serve several customer groups.
Because a tool gives you audio, not a show. Someone still has to decide who it is for, which topics deserve an episode, what the evidence supports, how the hosts should sound and whether this week's episode is good enough to publish. We take responsibility for the whole show: what it covers, how the story is built, how it sounds and whether it meets your standards. You get a show, not a file.
NotebookLM can turn your sources into an AI-hosted Audio Overview, with options for the format, language, length and focus. It is useful when you want to listen to or share an explanation of your material.
Podrunner is a managed show built around your audience and a business objective. We develop the concept and hosts for your brand, research beyond the initial brief, write and fact-check each episode, direct the performances, and handle production and publishing. Human editors review every episode, and you approve it before publication.
The difference is not simply generating audio with standard AI hosts. We custom-design the voices, host personalities and performance direction around your brand, rather than relying on a preset sound. Then we take responsibility for a recognisable show, episode after episode.
Less than you expect. You share your objectives, brand context and the material we should draw on, then give feedback and approvals at the stages we set together. We bring the proposals and handle research, scripting, production, revisions and publishing. Specialist or regulated subjects need more time from your experts, and we build that into the schedule.
No. Your own material gives the show an original foundation and your existing channels help it find its first listeners, but neither is required. If you are starting from zero we build the editorial and distribution plan for exactly that, and we are honest that an audience takes sustained work to grow.
We work from your approved material and credible sources, check factual claims against them and flag uncertainty rather than smooth it over. Before production we agree your editorial boundaries, sensitive topics and review stages. Where expert or compliance sign-off is needed, it sits in the workflow before anything is published. How your material is handled is set out in your agreement.
Yes. Public distribution, delivery through your own customer channels, or both. Access controls, hosting and any integration are set up as part of the launch.
We build the distribution plan, publish on schedule and supply the material your channels need, and we agree upfront who handles each promotional activity. We track every signal available and recommend what to change. We will not promise a number: growth depends on the show, its distribution and everything else your audience experiences from you.
Your agreement sets it out in writing: ownership of the finished episodes, control of the publishing accounts, usage rights for the voices and other assets, and what happens if the engagement ends.
Tell us who you want to reach and what the show should achieve. On a 30-minute call we'll walk through the show we would build for you, the material we would draw on and what a first series looks like, including what we would handle and what we would need from your team.
No deck, no pitch. If a podcast is not the right move for you, we'll say so.
